Personal Usage

A personal usage license enables you to view and use the photo/s on a desktop or laptop computer. Print the photo/s at either a photographic lab or on a home printer. It also enables you to share with family and friends as long as they understand that the photo/s are for personal use only.

The photographs strictly cannot be resold. They cannot be transferred to other competitor/s who are included in the photograph/s, unless written permission is granted from Marcel Stawiczny. The photograph/s cannot be used for any commercial, promotional, advertising, editorial, media or website use, some exceptions may apply if it is for charity or not for profit use, please contact Marcel Stawiczny for more information.

The photo/s must also be credited on your website/s (unless otherwise agreed upon with written confirmation from Marcel Stawiczny) using one of the below formats,
