Who and what is MARSTA?

MARSTA is Marcel Stawiczny, an Australian motorsport photographer. The name comes from the first three letters of Marcel and the first three letters of Stawiczny.

How long have you been shooting motorsport?

Marcel has technically been shooting motorsport since he was 17, which was in 2003. But he started taking pictures in 2001.

Why should I buy images from you?

If you would like something fresh, different, artistic, interesting in your images then you can definitley get that from me. I believe that I can provide something that hasn't been avaliable to the club, local and state levels of motorsport for a long time.

What camera equipment do you use?

The majority of my equipment consists of Canon professional SLR's and lenses, which I strongly recommend.

What is your shooting method?

I shoot either Aperture Priority or Shutter Priority (depending on the style of shot). Also there are certain situations where Manual exposure is the most consistent way of shooting. I also shoot in RAW format, which enables the highest quality possible for prints and digital files.

Why is there no images of my vehicle, when you were at the same event?

Every effort is made to make sure images of every vehicle are captured. But for some events this might be harder due to the type of event, the amount of times a vehicle is on track and Marcel's movement around the track. If you would like to ensure there are images of your vehicle in future events please contact Marcel with details and he will make sure to get some memorable images.

Will you match competitors prices?

MARSTA Motorsport Photography is quite similar in pricing to their competitors who offer similar sort of quality and products. There are photographers that are significantly cheaper, and it is visible in their quality and style of photography. If you believe you can get similar quality photos at a lower price please contact us and we will see if we can beat it.

Are you willing to offer bulk disounts?

There are discounts avaliable for bulk orders. Please contact us with what you would like to order and we will get back to you.

Why don't you have a online keyword search option?

This system is quite hard and time consuming to implement. This doesn't mean it can't be done. MARSTA Photography will be looking into actually adding this feature in a future upgrade of the website.

Do you accept credit cards?

At the current stage we only accept credit cards via payment services like PayMate and PayPal. Payment via PayPal requires registration, whilst payment via PayMate does not require registration. Both services will incur a surcharge on top of all orders. DO NOT send credit card infomation via email.

What payment options do you accept?

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or better known as Direct Bank Deposit is the preffered payment method. But we also accept PayPal, PayMate, Cheque and cash on pickup.
